Standard and Hi-Strength blocks are principally used in wall constructions, above and below DPC, with thicknesses up to 250mm. Combining strength, moisture resistance and high thermal efficiency, they are the natural choices for cavity, solid, internal and party walls.

Foundation block is primarily used for solid wall constructions below DPC. It combines strength with excellent thermal performance and is BBA certificated for use below DPC in most conditions.

Solar and Super Solar blocks are principally used in inner skins of external cavity and solid walls, where enhanced thermal performance is required.

COMPOSITION & MANUFACTURE
The Master block Lightweight block is manufactured from lightweight aggregates to provide a low cost economic product. All blocks are manufactured to BS 6073 1981 as laid down in clause 27.2.1 of BS 5628 part 1 1978 and in BS 6073 1981 part 2 clause 6.5.
FORMAT, STRENGTH & SIZES
Master block Lightweight are available in solid format with standard strengths of 3.5 N/mm2 and 7.0 N/mm2 (9.0 N/mm2 – Scotland).

Widths available 100, 140 & 190mm 150 & 215mm also available in Scotland only (Pumalite)
